Red Balloon Rising

It started a ordinary day in the park. Children were playing, parents rested their offspring, and pigeons strutted at crumbs on the ground. Then, quickly, a bright red balloon lifted off. The old oak creaked softly/gently/quietly, its leaves rustling like whispers/secrets/stories carried on a gentle/soothing/tranquil breeze/wind. Above, red/scarlet/crimson birthday balloons balloons danced in the sky, scattered/floating/drifting aimlessly/effortlessly/casually like thoughts/dreams/memories set free. Each balloon a tiny vessel/symbol/sign of something lost/forgotten/released. The world below seemed still/quiet/peaceful, bathed in the soft light/glow/radiance of the setting/slanting/golden sun.
